3D model warping from bed adhesion issues usually stems from temperature imbalances, poor bed preparation, or first-layer setup problems.
Temperature imbalances: A too-cold bed causes filament to shrink and lift, while an overheated nozzle melts layers unevenly—both disrupt bonding. Bed preparation: Leftover oils/dust on the bed or not using adhesion aids (glue/tape) reduces grip on the first layer. First-layer issues: Incorrect height (too thin/thick) weakens the initial bond, leading to warping.
For PLA users, increase the bed temp to 50–60°C and wipe the bed with isopropyl alcohol before printing—simple fixes for minor adhesion-related warping.
