To hollow a 3D model in Prusa, use PrusaSlicer’s “Hollow” feature in the “Print Settings” tab under “Infill/Perimeters.”
This tool removes internal material while keeping outer walls—adjust “Wall thickness” to balance weight and strength. For resin prints, add “Drain holes” (in “Advanced” settings) to release uncured material.
Preview the model in PrusaSlicer to check for thin walls that could cause failures, especially with small or detailed parts.
