Why supports 3D model is warping in SLA?

Supports for SLA 3D models often warp due to uneven resin curing, weak support design, or incorrect printing parameters like exposure time or temperature. Warping occurs when curing-induced resin shrinkage creates uneven stress—common if supports are too thin, spaced too far apart, or made with high-shrinkage resins. Improper temperature (too hot/cold) can also destabilize resin, leading to support deformation. To fix it, try increasing support thickness to 1–2mm, reducing support spacing, or following the resin’s recommended exposure and temperature settings to minimize stress.
