To fix 3D print bed adhesion, start with cleaning the build plate, adjusting key settings, using adhesion aids, or checking plate flatness.
Clean the plate with isopropyl alcohol—this removes oils or dust that stop filament from sticking.
Adjust bed temperature (50–60°C for PLA, 90–110°C for ABS) to help the first layer bond, and lower the first-layer height to 0.15–0.2mm so filament presses closer to the plate.
Use adhesion aids like a PVA glue stick or spray, and ensure the plate is flat with auto-leveling or manual adjustments.
If these steps don’t work, try a different build surface (e.g., PEI, magnetic flex plates) or dry the filament—moisture harms adhesion.
